The short version: Use Cashflow: Budget Manager fairly, don't misuse it, and understand that financial data you enter is your responsibility. Stories shared by members are personal experiences, not advice, and you use them at your own risk. We provide the app as-is and are not a licensed financial advisor.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Cashflow: Budget Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Cashflow: Budget Manager is a product of Leading Dots USA, Inc, a company with its US office at 1216 Broadway 30 W, New York, NY 10001, United States. These terms are between you and Leading Dots USA, Inc, and apply to all users of Cashflow: Budget Manager, available on iOS and Android.

Cashflow: Budget Manager is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to:

The App is a personal tracking tool only. We are not a bank, financial institution, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing in the App, including anything posted by other members, constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Your account and data

To use Cashflow: Budget Manager, you must create an account using your name and email address. Your account allows you to access your data across multiple devices.

All transaction data you enter — including income, expenses, and budgets — is stored securely on our servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), encrypted in transit and at rest. Leading Dots USA, Inc acts as the data controller for this data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

5. Community and member content

Your content. The Community lets you post stories, tips and reactions ("Member Content"). You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Leading Dots USA, Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your Member Content within the App and to operate and moderate the Community. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that sit briefly in backups.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for what you post. You confirm that it is your own genuine experience, that you have the right to share it, and that it follows our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. You must not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading or infringing content, other people's personal information, advertising or promotions, or promises of guaranteed financial returns.

Not advice. Member Content is personal opinion and experience. We do not write, verify or endorse it, and it is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You read and act on Member Content entirely at your own risk, and we are not liable for any loss arising from it.

Moderation. You can report any story and block any member from within the App. We may review, hide, remove or refuse any Member Content, and suspend or end access to the Community or the App, at our discretion and without notice, including where content is reported or breaks these Terms. We do not have to monitor the Community and are not responsible for Member Content that we have not reviewed.

Reports and complaints. To report content, use the report option in the App or email [email protected]. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual property

Cashflow: Budget Manager is a product of Leading Dots USA, Inc. The app, including its name, logo, design, and all content within, is owned by Leading Dots USA, Inc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Leading Dots USA, Inc.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We make no warranty that the App will meet your specific requirements.

You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the App.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashflow: Budget Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App or from any Member Content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-party services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as the App Store or Google Play). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to the App and terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Cashflow: Budget Manager is registered.
