Take a photo of a receipt and Cashflow fills in the merchant, amount, date and category. You check it, then save. No typing, no spreadsheet.
How receipt scanning works
- Photograph a paper receipt, choose one from your gallery, or upload a bank statement PDF.
- The app suggests the merchant, amount, date, and whether it is income or an expense, with a category.
- You review and edit the suggestion. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
- PDF statements with many transactions open in a preview, so you can remove rows before saving.
Know where your money goes
Once receipts are in, see spending by category, store and item, and compare income, expenses and net cashflow by week, month or year.
Privacy
You stay in control of what is saved. See the privacy policy for how scanned documents are handled.
